Once the transport from Prague, Czech Republic to Hallstatt, Austria is confirmed the customer receives a voucher in PDF.
To secure the reservation the customers pays 10% of the total price in advance. The rest of the price is paid upon the arrival to Hallstatt, Austria in CZK or EUR.
The advance payment is refundable in case the reservation is cancelled 24 hours prior to pick-up time. The deposit is not refundable for cancellations made later or no-show cases. The reservation can be cancelled via e-mail info@comfytour.cz.
