Once the transport from Cesky Krumlov, Czech Republic to Prague, Czech Republic is confirmed the customer receives a voucher in PDF.
To secure the reservation the customers pays 10% or 100% of the price in advance. In case of 10% prepayment the balance is paid to the driver in cash in CZK or EUR.
The advance payment is refundable in case the reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to pick-up time. The deposit is not refundable for cancellations made later or no-show cases. The reservation can be cancelled via e-mail info@comfytour.cz.
