Booking the transport
After booking the journey the customer receives a confirmation including the day of travel, place of pick-up, place of drop-off and final price to charge.
To secure the reservation the customers pays 10% of the total price in advance. The rest of the price is paid upon arrival to the reserved destination in CZK or EUR.
The advance payment is refundable in case the reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to pick-up time. The deposit is not refundable for cancellations made later or no-show cases. The reservation can be cancelled via e-mail email@example.com.
Any complaints relating to the services provided by Comfy Tour can be made via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. The complaint is answered within 24h and solved individually.
To make a reservation customers´name, e-mail and mobile number are required. Personal data are used only for the communication with the customer when using our service. The personal data are not shared with third parties.
Child on board
Children are welcome on board when accompanied by a responsible adult. Safety car seats are mandatory in all countries where we provide our service. Booking form allows to enter reservation for children.
